1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and qqjl Casino (hereinafter referred to as "qqjl", "we", "us", or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at qqjl.asia and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

2 Definitions

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The qqjl Casino Platform is intended exclusively for adult users. You must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible to register and use the Platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) opening an account for your personal use;

4 Account Registration & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All transactions on the qqjl Casino Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to your account balance. Accepted payment methods currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change without prior notice.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Maximum deposits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed in real time. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

5.2 Withdrawals

• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.

• Withdrawal requests may be declined where the associated deposits or gameplay patterns suggest abuse of promotions, fraud, or money-laundering activity.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

qqjl Casino may offer deposit bonuses, free spins equivalents, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms published at the time of offer, which supplement and take precedence over the general provisions of this section.

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional wallet and may only be used for gameplay. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal. Default wagering requirements, where not specified otherwise, are thirty times (30x) the bonus amount.
• Only certain games contribute to wagering requirements. Live casino games, racing bets, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced percentage. The contribution schedule for each promotion is published in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses expire if not claimed within the period stated in the specific promotion terms. Unclaimed or expired Bonus Funds are removed from accounts without compensation.

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

7 Gameplay Rules & Outcome Disputes

All games offered on the qqjl Casino Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios and software suppliers. Slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games use physical dealing equipment streamed in real time.

• Game outcomes are final once the round or bet is settled. qqjl Casino does not alter, reverse, or manually adjust game outcomes except to correct a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system failure during gameplay, qqjl will make reasonable efforts to restore the game state. Where restoration is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's balance.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqjl Casino Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to influence game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms;
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Depositing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity;
• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the qqjl Casino Platform or its underlying software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing qqjl staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

qqjl Casino is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We acknowledge that gambling, when not approached responsibly, can cause harm. The following tools are available to all registered qqjl account holders at no cost and take effect immediately upon request:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your qqjl account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount over a defined period after which further Real Money Play is temporarily suspended.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without prior written consent from qqjl Casino.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, qqjl Casino and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of funds resulting from your failure to safeguard your qqjl Login credentials;
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, natural disasters, or government-ordered platform shutdowns;
• The conduct or decisions of third-party game providers;
• Any loss or damage arising from your violation of these Terms.

The Platform and all Games are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. qqjl Casino makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the accuracy of any information displayed thereon.

12 Account Termination & Closure

qqjl Casino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive behaviour;
• Inability to complete satisfactory KYC verification;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Compliance with a regulatory or legal directive from PAGCOR or other competent authority.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting qqjl Casino support. Upon closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to your last verified payment method, subject to a final KYC review and the satisfaction of any active wagering requirements.

Accounts that have been dormant (no login, deposit, or gameplay) for twelve (12) or more consecutive months may be classified as inactive. qqjl Casino may apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 to inactive accounts, deducted from the remaining balance, after written notification to the registered email address. Balances reduced to zero will result in automatic account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the qqjl Casino Platform shall first be submitted to the qqjl Casino support team for internal resolution. The Company commits to responding to formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief before a court of competent jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

qqjl Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published at qqjl.asia/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Where amendments materially affect your rights or obligations, qqjl will provide notice via the email address registered to your account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the qqjl Casino Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
